We chose Peace Laguna Resort & Spa for this vacation as their price was reasonable and the pictures from reviewers were inviting.
There were two receptionist attending to customers at that time. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a man checking-out and had issues on settling their bill. After waiting for less than 30 minutes, we were finally served. The staff informed us that we were upgraded from Standard Room to Superior Room. She was very apologetic on the time we've waited to check-in our luggage. But honestly, we don't mind waiting.
The room at 3rd floor was assigned to us and it is so big. Everything looks cozy and clean, like there was no trace of dust.
For the breakfast buffet, we really enjoyed their food as it was quite a fair spread and the fruits were really fresh. (Apologies. I forgot to take a photo of the buffet area as we were really enjoying the food.)
The hotel has great location and walkable to Ao Nang Beach.

| The only downside of our room was that the toilet shower has little water coming out from it. |
However, they were also having an expansion of the hotel behind our room. Hence, the view on that side is quite bad and if you're staying at the hotel during day time, it could be noisy too.
